Defence Housing Authority would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your effects in carrying out maintenance to our service residences. We have received feedback from tenants commenting on the outstanding performance and manner your tradesman have gone about their work and we wish to pass this thanks onto you. At a time when DHA is striving to improve its customer relationships with its client base it is excellent to know we have tradespeople employed that are prepared to go "that little bit further' in an effort to achieve a high level of service. Once again thank you, and keep up the good work.
